UMD Transfer Course Evaluation

The University of Minnesota accepts transfer coursework from other schools that are regionally accredited

  • Meet with an Academic Advisor to gain a better understanding of how your transfer credits and/or future transfer credits will fulfill UMD degree requirements.  After meeting with an advisor, you can use this form to request course evaluation(s) or to petition current transfer decision(s).
  • REQUIRED: Upload the syllabi from the term(s) the course(s) were completed. (PDF format required)

Use this form if...

  • You want to transfer coursework credits from other schools that are regionally accredited

Don't use this form if...

  • Your school is not regionally accredited
  • If you are seeking a change (exception) to your major, minor, or certificate requirements, contact your college Advising & Academic Services office
