  • You want to change your graduation term due to missing application deadline
  • You want to change your graduation term to reflect an earlier graduation

Don't use this form if...

  • You are a Graduate student, contact the UMD Graduate School Office with your request

Next steps

The UMD Office of the Registrar will review your request and your degree progress. A decision will be made within 5-7 business days. You can view your Expected Graduation Term and status of your request on MyU Graduation Status page.

If your request is not approved or more information is needed, you will be contacted via your UMN email.
