Student-Athlete Outside Aid Award

NCAA rules require the University to collect information about outside scholarships given to student-athletes. An outside scholarship is any scholarship received from an organization outside of the University of Minnesota Duluth (e.g.: a local community organization, church, foundation, club, etc.). This form collects the needed information.

  • In order to maximize your financial aid eligibility, submit this form as soon as you have been awarded an outside scholarship
