This form can be used by all students in an active, graduate career. Please consult your advisor, instructor, or academic program if you have questions.

  • You want variable credit change after the deadline in the current term

  • You are not in an active, graduate career

Next steps

You will receive communication as your request moves through the exception process. Requests will be sent to instructor and graduate program coordinator when appropriate and are typically processed within two weeks.
