Minnesota State Grant

The Minnesota State Grant helps students from low and moderate income families pay for college. To be considered for this grant, you must be a Minnesota resident pursuing your first undergraduate certificate or degree.

To be considered for Minnesota State Grant funding, your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be submitted by the dates below. If you miss the deadline, you will not be eligible for a Minnesota State Grant.

Your Minnesota State Grant may be prorated if you enroll in fewer than 15 credits a semester.  More information on the Minnesota State Grant is available on the Minnesota Office of Higher Education website.
